Fulfillment & Shipping

Every Runway Jim’s item is printed on demand, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse gathering dust. That means a little patience up front, and a lot less waste.

Fulfillment

  • Your order goes into production only after you place it.
  • Fulfillment (production) time isn’t guaranteed, but our print partner moves fast: 97% of orders are fulfilled in 2–5 business days, and over half within 3 days.
  • Fulfillment time does not include shipping/transit time — those are counted separately.
  • During high-demand periods or holidays, production may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience!

Shipping

  • We ship across the United States and Canada.
  • At checkout you choose your shipping speed — Standard, Express, or Economy — with live, real-time pricing. Delivery time varies depending on the option you select.
  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
  • Canadian orders: select the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option at checkout to include duties and taxes in the price, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
